Step 2.1: Loading is scheduled with the warehouse team according to client preferences and dock availability.

Step 2.2: Goods are prepared for loading by picking items from designated locations, verifying quantities, and matching them to the client's order using a checklist.

Step 2.3: We coordinate with the warehouse staff to load goods onto the client's vehicle, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage. We use loading equipment for efficiency and safety.

3. Client Handover and Documentation

Step 3.1: After loading the goods, we verify with the client to ensure satisfaction with the order and its condition. We provide copies of invoices and delivery notes for their records.
